A SCAPEGRACE.
We take the following from a Home paper: —Phillip Veness Rider, son of an estate agent at NoUing-hill was articled to a solioitor. Tempted by betting men, he robbed hie father of £66, ran away, and was arrested at Cambridge. Brought before a magistrate, be was released on hiß father promißiDg to send him to New Zealand.
