The directors of the Londonderry mine, West Australia, report that the unsettled question relating to Casey's interest m the mine prevents the completion of the Trust. Colonel North, Earl of Fingal, and Mr T. Hewitt Myring, directors of the Company, are prepared to execute the Trust unless the shareholders desire the litigate.
