+ [CNITKD PRBBB ASSOCIATION] London, January 4. In the report of the directors of the New Zealand Midland Railway Company, regret is expressed that the New Zealand Government does not intend to accord the Company justice, and it is, therefore, intended to appeal to arbitration.
