Time 12 30 pm 8 Marlborough Trotting Club Handicap (m saddle), of 30 bovb, together with a sweepstake of 10a eaoh for starters; second horse to receive 5 soys from the stake. Three miles. Nomination, 10s ; acceptance, 20s. Time, 1.30 pm 4 Pony Handioap Trot (m harness), of 10 soya ; seoond horse to save his stake. 2£ miles. Nomination, ss; acceptance, sa. Ti.De. 2.15 pm - 5 Wairau Handioap Trot (m harness), of 25 soys, together with a sweepstakes of 10a eaoh, tor etarters ; seoond horse to receive 8 eevs from the stake. 2} miles. Nomination, 10a; acoeptanoe, 15a. Time, 8 pm 6 Selling Handicap Trot, of 20 soys; second hone to save bia stake. Two miles. The winner to become the property of the Club. Nomination, lOi; accept" ance, 10a. Time, 3.45 pm 7 Final Handioap (m saddle or harness), of 10 bovb ; second horse to save bis stake. 2£ miles. Nomination, 6s; acoeptanoe, 6s. Time, 430 p.m. NOMINATIONS, WEIGHTS, ACCEPTANCES, Ac. Nominations must be m the hands of the Secretary, accompanied with the necessary amount m cash (without wbioh under no circumstance! will they be received), by 9 pm on Monday, Maroh 5, 1894, at Penney'i Marlborough Hotel. Handioaps will be declared on Thursday, March 8, 1894. Acceptances, with colors of riders and drivers, will be reoeived nntil 9 pm on Thursday, Maroh 15, by the Seoretary, at Penney'B Marlborough Hotel. All raoes will be run under the rales the New Zealand Trotting Association whioh will be strictly enforced. Any horse and driver or rider not at the starting-post at the advertised time will be severely dealt with, m acoordanoe with Bute 63 No change of colors will be allowed after night of acceptance. Five per cent will be deducted from all winnings, for expenses. No telegram or other communication will be received unless the full fees, either m cash or P.O. order ate m the hands of the Seoretary by the advertised time of closing T. O'LEABY, Beoretary.
