THE HARPER BANKRUPTCIES.
[united press association.] Christchurch, April 18. At an adjourned meeting of creditors m the estate of Leonard and George Harper, members of the firm of Harper and Co, and T. W. Maude, a former partner, to-day, m order to give the representatives of foreign creditors time to communicate with their principals, a motion was passed requesting the Official Assignee to take no action m regard to the realisation of any portion of the estates till after the next meeting called by him.
