THE WOODVILLE CASE.
[united press association.] Woodville, September 21. The prosecution m the case of the criminal abortion preferred by Dr. Davenport against Wm. Syms, chemist, haying applied for an adjournment the ease came before H. Burnett, J.P., this morning, and was finally adjourned on application, tha defendant agreeing, till next Tuesday.
