RICH GOLD DISCOVERY.
(united press association.} Perth W.A., September 20. There is considerable excitement over the gold discovery near the Southern Cross mine. The gold already sent down was obtained m a few days and it is said that another two thousand ounces are m sight. Gold is obtained both m quartz and alluvially.
