THE ENGLISH REVENUE. ADMIRALTY SURVEYS. GENERAL BOOTH'S DENIAL. [UNITED PBESS ASSOCIATION.] London, January 1. The revenue for the nine months ending 3 1st December shows an increase of ten millions, as compared with the correspond* ing period m 1889. General Booth has been promised £90,000 for his colonisation scheme. The Admiralty will continue the survey of Western Australian -waters next season, but after that no vessel will be available for tha purpose. General Booth denies Frank Smith's statement that the social and religious funds of the Salvation Army were mixed. =
