Nominations for Handicaps No. 4, 6, 8 and 14 to be made to the Secretary, at the Literary Institute, on or before Wednesday, November 2, at 7.30 p.m. ; all other entries to be made on the ground. Handicaps for No. 4, 6, S and 11 will be declared on Friday, the 4th of November, at 8.30 p.m. ; acceptances to be mon or before Monday, November 7, at 730 p.m. A trophy will be awarded to the scorer of the greater number of points m all events, points to scare 5 8 and 2 m a 1 events. Settling Night will be on Friday, the 11th November, at S o'clook p.m. at the Marlborough Hotel. The Oddfellows' and Foresters' Brass Band, under the leadership of Mr A.
