Du:u;dix, Get 27. In the Poliou Court this morning Rudolf Hcndrick Wagner was sentenced to a year's hard lobor for fraudulently obtaining £(> 0s from Owen McNally. The prosecutor was a cancer patient m the Hospital and accused extorted money on the plea of getting physic which would put McNally to sleep so as he would never wake again* The physic turned out lo bi; cough mixture,
