PERJURY AT DUNEDIN.
+ — , (united press association.) PUNEDIN, Oct. 27. In fining Joshua Eccles, a publican, £3 for Sunday trading, Mr Carew made some strong remarks on the amount of porjury committed m those cases. The sin of denying the offence was a great deal worse than tho offence itself. It was painful to sit and hear such perjury.
