If the Native Minister learns that Te Kooti has made np bis mind si to do he will take every possible step to prevent him carrying out; his intentions. Oct. 27. The Directors of the Press Association have arrived at an unanimous conolpsion, after csrefal consideration, that it is expedient m the interests of the Association that one of their own staff should be sent to Sydney as agent for the Association m Australasia pending farther arrangements. Mr Atack, General Manager, will go to Sydney and remain there for six months m order to arraoge the details of the new servioe. No appointment from outside aa Sydney agent will therefore be made.
