Signor Onspi, Premier and Minister for the Interior, m a speech at Turin to-day, declared that Prince Bismark had firmly resolved to maintain peace m Europe, and to that end to dwell m friendship with France. It was necessary, Signor Crispi added, for Italy to wenge her honor m Abyßainia, and he was therefore ready to open negotiations for the settlement of the difficulty.
