CONDITIONS. In all events four to start or no prize will be given. Any competitor going off the mark before the firing of tbe pistol to be pat back one yard. Costumes to be approved by the Committee. Nominations for Handicaps No. 4, (i, 8 and 14 to be made to the Secretary, at the Literary Institute, on or before Wednesday, November 2, afc 7.30 p.m. ; all other entries to be made on the ground. Handicaps for No. 4, 6, 8 and 14 will be declared on Friday, the 4th of November, at 8.30 p.m. ; acceptances to be in on or before Monday, November 7, at 7.30 p.m. A trophy will be awarded to the scorer of the greater number of points in all events, points to score 5 'S and 2 in a 1 events. Settling Night will be on Friday, the 11th November, at S o'clock p.m. at the Marlborough Hotel. The Oddfellowa' and Foresters' Brasa Band, under the leadership of Mr A.
