(UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION.) Dunedik, Ocfc2s. A laborer named Hugh Anderson was found in hits bed at Outram this morning with his throat cut, having apparently attempted to commit Boieide. The wound ' is not expected to prove fatal. Auckland, Oct 25. A young man named Hugh Martin, Bged 21, committed suicide by cutting his throat at Wangarei on Wednesday morning last. Deceased had acted strangely for some day3 before his death, and at the inquest a Teidict of temporary insanity was returned.: OiJiiRU, OotSU. A youDg man named George Horaa was drowned in the Otematata river on Thursday last. He was ttying to take his dog out of the water, when he waß swept off bis feet and carried away.
