THE MARQUIS OF HARTINGTON ON GLADSTONE'S SPEECHES.
(iiedibr'b telegrams.) Keceived Oct. 20, 1.30 p.m. London, Oct. 2d. The Marquis of Hartiugton addressing a public meeting at Nottingham yesterday stronjily condemned the language used by Mr Gladstone iu his recent speeches in that city, in which he declared he would weaken the arm of the Government in its efforts to lirmly uphold law and order. His Lordship strongly urged Loyalists in Ireland not to be betrayed by the false sentiments expressed by Mi- Gladstone.
