THE COERCION BILL. | MR PARNELL AND THE IRISH PARTY. (special to unitkd press association.) London, May 1. Mr Parnell proposes to retire trom the leadership of the Irish party on the ground of 111 health. The Liberal Unionists have agreed that voting upon the clause m the Crimes Bill permitting a change of venue to England shall remain an open question. ' The majority, however, approve the clause. The Opposition are seeking to limit the operation of Bill to three years.
