ATnouGHTFUL Offer.— A correspondent m the '• Argus" suggests that 1500 men (> r the Squadron should be taken up country by train, m order to obtain something like an idea of Victorian scenery. The cost he estimates at £1 per head, and he offers £50 as his subscription. The Melbourne journals approve of the idea.
