Thursday, June 23rd, 1881. (Before J. Allen, Esq., R.M., and W. E. Dive, Esq., J.P.) Smith v. Smith.— Mr MoNab appeared foi plaintiff. Defendant wa9 charged with unlawfully assaulting one Wattie Smith on the 30th May, and pleaded not guilty. Case dismissed, defendant paying the costs, 11s. Hutchison v. Cross.— Claim tor £7 10s. Nonsuited with costs, 183. Maxted v. Bishell.- Claim £5 2s 6. Paid into Court, with costs, 6s. Borck v. Brooks.- Claim 13s 6d. No appearance. Smith v. McNab.— Claim £3. Amonnt paid into Court. Neumann Btob. v. Storey.— Claim £17 14s sd. Mr McNab appeared for plaintiffs. The service of summons ou the principal witness (Mr BiBhell) for plaintiffs being informal, Mi McNab applied for an adjournment, the plaiutitfa paying costs, £4 19s. Smith v. McGlaahan.— Claim £8 18s. Amount paid into Court, with coats £9 4s 7d. Brown v. Williams.— Claim £7 5s 9i. Case adjourned. Wilson v. Thompson.— Claim £6 10s.
