Fire at Remuera.

Auckland, June 18, A fire occurred at Kemuera last night and destroyed a dwelling house on Mr Morrin’s property. The Licensing Bench have notified that in future three convictions will cause the offender to lose his license, and that the Bench will not renew a license where there are two convictions within a year. Licenses will not be renewed unless the requisites reported by the police as necessary are supplied to the satisfaction of the Licensing Commissioners. Port Chalmers, June 18.
