DUNCAN has received instructions from the Hon. the Minister of Lands to sell by public auction, on Tuesday, February 4, 1879, at hia Sale-rooms, Panama street — THE UNDERMENTIONED ALLOTMENTS OF FREEHOLD LAND, In Blocks numbered 1., 11., 111., IV., V., and VII., on the' Plan of the Reclaimed Land, m the CITY OF WELLINGTON. This sale is held by order of the Government of New Zealand, m pursuance of Section 21 of the Financial Arrangements Act, 1878. Lithographed Plans are now ready for distribution, and can be had at the office of this paper. The plans will contain the fullest particulars — giving the number of sections, with their area m poles and tenths ; also, the frontage, m feet avid, tenths. Each section will be pegged and numbered before the day of sale.
