Every lot snbmitted will be carefully valued prior to the sale, thus affording the owners the Sitisfaction of knowing that no lots will be sacrificed, but that full market rates will be obtained. Tho Company acting strictly as SELLING BROKERS ONLY, is a further guarantee that ALL PRODUCE will realise its HIGHEST VALUE. The charges will be moderate. On Wool offered for sale and withdrawn, the nominal charge is Is. per bile. On Wool sold the following is the scale : — Receiving, weighiug, warehousing, and store, l-Bth of Id per lb. Repacking sample bales (when required) 5s per bale. Insurance. — 2s 6d per cent on market value. This charge protects the goods from the time they eater the warehouse, and is made m all cases uuless specially instructed to the contrnry. Advertising for sale and cataloguing, 3d per bale. Commission on sales over £500, 1$ per cent, unper that sum, 2£ per cent. Charges ok Pkoddce —On Sheepskins and Hide, 1\ per cent, commission only. On Tallow, a receiving and delivering charge of 6d per cwt. m addition to commission of 2£ per cent, will be charged. ts- All Wool for sale or shipment should be consigned to the Company's Office and Stores, Oustom-Hodse Quay, WELLINGTON.
