Nominations and acceptances for foot races and entrance for horse races to be made by letter or m person to the Secretary m Renwick. All other entries to be made on the ground. . 4. No prize given unless two competitors start. No second prize unless three. Second horse m all cases to save his stakes. 5. First race will start at ten o'clock sharp. 6.
