SEYMOUR SQUARE.
Sir— l and a portion of your readers are anxioui to know the reason why the Borough Council doth not allow the contractor— Hill— to complete the fencing of Seymour Square. As many of us are depending on his contract to solve on the problem of Meum et Tuum we urgently request the Council, as a public body, to give the man an opportunity to do justice to his numerous dependents.
