All competitors muat forward to the Committee, at least two clear days previous to the Show, a statement of the number of their Exhibits from the Prize Schedule, m order that proper space may be allotted to them. 2. All articles must be m the place of Exhibition at or before half-past ten o'clock a.m. 3. Steward's will be appointed to receive, and stage all articles for competition, &c, and no other persons will be allowed inside the room until the Judges have made their awards. 4. All articles for competition and for Bate, will be charged an entrance fee of one shilling each lot, but all articles exhibited for Show or decoration only, willl be admitted free. : 5. The Judges are authorised to withhold or modify the prizes, if the articles are thought unworthy, and may award additional prizes, though not specified m the schedule. 6. The Society will give every encouragement by awarding prizes, and certificates of merit, for any deserving Seedling of Flowers, Fruit, &c, dissimillar to known varieties. 7. Competitors and Exhibitors will not be allowed to remove their articles until the cloße of the Exhibition, when they will receive notice from the Secretary authorising" them to do so. 8.
