BLENHEIM, MONDAY. JUNE 19th, 1871. [Before S. L. Muller, Esq., E.M.] . THREATENING LANGUAGE. T. Maxted was charged by the police with using threatening and abusive language in the public streets. Case dismissed ; each party to pay their own costs. PAORA TE PIKI AND OTHERS V. DAVIS AND CAMPBELL. Mr Nelson appeared for the defence, and the case was adjourned for a month. EWART V. WALTON. An action to recover £\ 16s for rent of a house. Defendant admitted the debt. Judgment for full amount, with 6s costs.
