NOTICE is hereby given that on and after the Ist day of June next, the provisions of “ The Cattle Trespass Act, 1867,” will be enforced on the freehold and leas, hold land on “ Erina Run,” Wairau Valley. And I further give notice that it is my intention to claim damages for cattle ti’espassing on the seid Run, and upon such portions thereof as are fenced or unfenced together with driving fees. Alex. There is erected on the Freehold land, Whare, Wool Shed, and Stock Yards, the latter capable of yarding 20,000 steep.
