THE GOVERNMENT INSURANCE POLICY.
Sir, —I beg to correct a slight error in the footnote to the policy of the Northern Assurance Company, which should read as follows : —“ It is understood by the Company that concerts and halls are allowed in the Government Buildings.” I need hardly add that this note is put in the policy to prevent any misunderstanding that might arise in the event of a fire happening during the said concert or ball.—l am, &c., F. J. Litchfield, Agent Northern Assurance Co.
