The Red Ensign at the mast-head signifies that the telegrams of English News are received, and an Extra is in course of preparation The House Flag surmounted by the Red Ensign signifies that the Extra is published. The House Flag half-mast high shows that an ordinary Extra is in preparation. The House Flag at the mast-head intimates that an ordinary Extra is published. A limited number of Advertisements will b e received for special insertion in Extras, on reasonable terms (varying according to circumstances,) which may be known on application. On Account of the great expense of the Telegrams and heavy Agency charges connected therewith, a charge of Sixpence each Extra will be made to all persons who are not subscribers.
