NOTICE is hereby given, that the undersigned propose to apply to the Provincial Council of the Province ol Marlborough, at the expiration of six weeks from the publication hereof, or sc soon after as application can be made foi an order declaring that all those parcels of Land within the Districts of Omaka Opawa, Wairau West, and Waihopai, the numbers whereof are as follows: WAIRAU WEST. Sections I to 126, exclusive. OPAWA DISTRICT. Sections I to 48, inclusive. OMAKA DISTRICT. Sections I to 174, inclusive. WAIHOPAI. Sections 33 to 38, inclusive ; block I. WAIHOPAI. Sections 40 to 43, inclusive; block 1.
