* 100,000 SKILL F.I) WORKERS. The reorganisation of the Dominion Shell Committee on the lines suggested by .Mr Thomas. Mr Lloyd George's represent at ve in Can.ida, is announced. 'The new Commission will be known as the Imperial Munitions Hoard, headed hv General Sir Samuel Hughes, Minister for Militia. The membership oi* the committee remains the same except for the elimination of such members as are a "lively engaged in the shell industry. Mr Lionel Mitchells, who succeeds Mr Thomas, in a letter of reeomniendat on to the Fnme Minister, commend- the work accomplished bv the Shell Committee under the initial difficulties, and points out that at present there are .'V2O firms ong ige<l in making shel's, emploving 100.000 skilled workmen.
