INSULATED SPACE ON SHIPS.
AN IMPORTANT CONFERENCE. PKlfc UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION. WELLINGTON, Jan. 30. Ain important conference was' held yesterday* between representatives of the. Board of Agriculture and' shipping companies, doing 'business in New Zealand to discuss the position with regard to insulated kpace on ships. The conference was not open to the press, but it is understood' that the outlook was. considered satisfactory to. the end of February. It was arranged that a. statement be prepared;'■■with regard to what had', taken, place, tb be made public within a few days.
