BOARDING-HOUSE BURNED.
FEARS FOR A WOMAN. >SB UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION WELLINGTON, July 20. A fire at Ngahauranga early this morning destroyed the building which was formerly the White Hart Hotel and had latterly been used as a boardinglionso since the district went "dry.'' The outbreak caused! anxiety owing to the proximity of the magazine of Ngahauranga Fort, and members of the Permanent Artillery kept a vigilant watch. A woman who was known to have been .in the building en Saturday night was not seen at the time of the fire.
