ENTERTAINMENTS.

PRINCESS THEATRE. The present attractive programme at the Princess Theatre will be screened for the last time this evening. Chi«f among an interesting collection are two r«ry fine scenics, one of them, "Lakes of Boulogne," being charmingly colored. A really funny comedy, "Tweediedm Wins a Steeplechase," ig guaranteed to keep the audience in high good humor, while "Rival Adventurers" supplies th« necessary spice of dash and danger to an exoellent pictorial feast.

THEATRE ROYAL. The main attraction in the current programme at the Theatre Royal ig a Sicture entitle 4 "Brennan of th« loors," a drama of Irish life whick tells a romantic and stirring story of Ireland of the time of 4 century There is also a fine series of interesting and attractive supporting dramatic, industrial and comio fibna following each other in quick aucce*sion. Tne last opportunity will be afforded of viewing the programme t«K night and it is one that should not k4 missed.

An additional attractive feature at last evening's performance was the playing of Mr Allan E. Martin, described as "the banjo marvel," and wh» is a musician of great ability. In addition to selections Mr Martin save a very clever exhibition of trick playing Mr Martin cornea to New Zealand wit* a very high reputation, and the •ever*] selections he gave last evening fnfly bear th ; s out. This artist, who hae appeared in South Africa with Min Marie Lloyd and other companies of note, will play again at this evening'# - performance.
