Judgment was delivered in the court of Appeal lately upon the appeal of certain creditors of the late Mr Henry Ernest S. Benzon, well known 30 years ago a.s "the Jubilee Plunger'' and the "Jubilee Juggins," that their several unsatisfied claims in his bankruptcies of either 1889 or 1892 might now be proved against a trust fund of £15,000 which came to him under the will of his father. Benzon in 1887 squandered a fortune of about £250,000. Their lordships decided that the claims of the appellants were barred by tho statute of limitations, andi dismissed the appeal with casts.
