The Berlin correspondent of the 'Graphic' states that the Ivaiser is dis-! pleased at the result of the Zabern in- 1 quiry. He stated iliat Herr von Beth-mann-Hollweg (Chancellor), under pres-| sure of the militarists led by the Crown Prince, has oscillated between them and the anti-militarists in the Reichstag.
