There were three eases, all of which were acute. A tragic incident connected! with the was the suicide of Dr. M do Lancy Bobinson, acting medical officer to the Colombo Council. He became depressed because he considered frmseif blameworthy in not ordering a postmortem examination of a patient who xiied from cholera. He cut his thioat with a razor and jumped from a window in his hotel. He died while en route to the hospital.
