WOUNDS IN THE THROAT.

—« PEE UNITED THESB ASSOCIATION. AUCKLAND, Sept. 2S. Two farm hands were admitted to the hospital, lioth suffering from severe ■wounds in the trhoat. As both of the men are still in a somewhat critical condition full details are not available. It appeal's that one man, Oscar Donald, aged 28 years, was employed at Kaitaia, where he was discovered- by a neighbor with a severe gash in his throat. He was brought to the AucklaiueHospital with all po-siblo despatch, and is now doing :ik well as can he expected. 'Hie other was also a fiirm lahorer. His name is Percy Hutler, and is 27 years of age. He was found at Hvuiua on Thursday evening with his throat, cut, and was brought to Auckland accompanied by a medical man. An operation was performed at the hospital. The man is still unable to give an account of how the wound wan inflicted.
