CONSIGNMENT OF COAL.
PER UNITED PRF-38 ASSOCIATION. WANGANUI, Sent. 27. Reserved judgment in the case of J. A. Redpath (of Christclmrch) v. A. Hatrick -and Co. (Wanganui), a claim of £563 for coal in connection with the wreck of the Car la two years ago, was delivered this morning by Sir Robert Stout. Judgment was given for the plaintiff for £4OO and costs.
