PLOT IN ANNAM.
TO OVERTHROW THE FRENCH. SEVERAL NATIVES EXECUTED. BY ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH COPYRIGHT TIMES—SYDNEY lb UN SPECIAL CABLES. Received September 27, 8.30 a.m. PARIS, Sept. 26. News from the French Protectorate of Annain states that seven natives have been executed for implication in a plot to overthrow the French Government and to establish, a native kingdom or republic. It is alleged that the conspiracy is widespread among the educated classes. Bombs were manufactured in China and Siam and carried by girls of good family who attended schools in Hongkong into the French colonies.
