Tlie newly-formed Employers' Defence Union Keeks to consolidate the employers' resources, and to maintain the right of freedom to bargain with individual free workers or collectively with trade unions. Each member has guaranteed to contribute according to his means. Calls are not to exceed per cent, in any one year.
