POSITION OF MINMI. SYDNEY, April 21. The delegate' expulsion of Minmi from the federation will reuire the Minors' Lodges endorsement before it will be effective. It i, s unlikely that steps will be taken to boycott Minmi coal until this: is obtained. COMBINED ACTION. SYDNEY, April 21. The Cabinet discussed the position of tlie. coal trade and arranged that Hon. A. C.
