Harold Rothschild is a beautiful dark bay, 16 hands 1 inch high, and is now six years old. Harold Rothschild is three-quarter brother to St. Swtihin, and as a three-year-old won the Domain Trot at Geraldine, 1| miles; Tradesmen's Handicap at Wanganui, 2 miles; Waitemata Handicap at Auckland, miles; Halswell Handicap, N.Z.M.T.C., Christcliurch, 2 miles ; Longbeach Handicap at Asliburton, 2 miles; and since the close of last season he won the Trotting Club's Handicap, of 150sovs., 2 miles, at Asliburton; also the King George Handicap, of 200sovs., 2 miles, at the N.Z.M.T.C., Christcliurch. Both trots were won on very lieavy tracks. Records: miles, 3.36; 2 miles, 4.53 2-5. Go Soon, by Harold Rothschild, ap a 2-year-old won the Trial Handicap, 1| miles, pulling up, at Ash burton, on a very heavy track, in 4.3. Harold Junior, by Harold Rothchild, as a 3-year-okl, won the AY inch mo re Trot, 1J miles, at Ashburlon by 50yds, pulling up; time, 3.43 1-osec. These are the only two out of six foals left by Harold Rothschild when he was a 2-year-old that are in training. Fee, 5 guineas, payable on January 31, 1913. Groom's fee ss. payable at first service.
