At a banquet tendered at the Embassy to the visiting members of the British Parliament the Premier (M. Kodovstoff), all Ministers and many members of the Council of Empire and the DumaV were present. Mr Buchanan, toasting the Czar, said the King had commanded him to express tiie hope that such visits would draw the entente closer. M. TLokovstoff made a cordial reply. AUDIENCE WITH THE CZAR. Received January 27, 9.40 a.m. ST. PETERSBURG, Jan. 26. The Czar gave an audience to the British Parliamentary deputation at the Palace and afterwards the dignitaries of the Court entertained them at lunch. . The public everywhere is receiving \h& deputation with marvellous enthusiam.
