POBTLE DEFEATS TAYLOR. BT ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH.—COPYRIGHT. PER UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION. Received December 15, 10.55 a.m BRISBANE, Dec. 15. A. B. Postle (Queensland) easily defeated A. A. Tavlor over 100 yds and 120 yds. Last month A. A. Taylor (Australia) defeated Holway (United States) at Newcastle in two races. The first was 75 yards, and lie won by half a yard in 7 l-ssec. In a 100 yards' contest he won by a quarter of a yard in 9 2-5 sec. Holway declined to contest the 125 yds distance.
