FRESH ITALIAN TROOPS. TRIPOLI, Nov. 13. On tho evening of tho 13th inst. wo had several skirmishes. Yesterday bad weather and no fighting of importance. The general conditions of our troops are very good. At Benghazi our cavalry made a reconnaisanco and captured somo arms and ammunition. At Derna our southwest front was attacked and tho enemy was driven back. At Tobruk there wore some skirmishes between outposFs. The enemy is using deformed projectiles.
