The Welsh Congregational Union has decided boldly to face the situation, and a committee of the union has undertaken to raise within the next five years a sum of £50,000, and to supplement the income to be derived from this fund by annual collections of not less than £ISOO. It is calculated that an annual income of at least £3OOO will be required to secure a minimum salary of £BO a year to each accredited minister.
