DEATH UNDER ANAESTHETIC.

PEE nNITEO PRESS ASSOCIATION CHRISTCHIJRCH, Nov. 1. A youth named Frederick Brandon Wroughton, aged 15, a boarder at Christ's College, died yesterday while under an anaesthetic. Wroughton met with an accident in the gymnasium at the college, incurring a slight dislocation of the jaw, and this was being attended to when he collapsed. Accused was perfectly healthy and organically sound but the thymus gland was enlarged. The anaesthetic used was a mixture of chloroform and ether. At tho inquest a verdict was returned accordingly.
