After the conclusion of business at the Southland Land Board meeting on Thursday Mr Duncan King said that it would he the last occasion on which Mr Kinross would appear as a member of the Board. He moved: "That this Board wishes to place on record i:s high appreciation of the long and faithiul services rendered It.v Mr Kinross as a member of this Board for the last liS years, and expresses its dee]) regret at his retirement."
