A WOMAN FINED. PER, UNITED PIiTJSS ASSOCIATION' DCNEDIN, May 23. A woman named Annie Durston was to-day lined to for committing a breach of the Midwives Act by practising without being registered. The case ar.ise out of the inquest on the girl McCoii. who died after prematurely giving birth to twins at defendant's house.
